Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Coordinator will work closely with the procurement team. The primary responsibility of the coordinator is to set up providers to work with EMCOR Facilities Services. They will run daily reports and make data corrections as necessary across multiple customer accounts and their supplier base to ensure proper function. The Procurement coordinator will utilize excel formulas to map service categories, locations and suppliers to the appropriate CMMS coding. With a high level of detail, the Coordinator will identify, interpret and implement changes to the Vendor Lookup Matrix (VLX).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign subcontractors to services, create/update work orders, manage subcontractor scheduling and performance of routine, periodic, and “on demand” service's
- Assist in the training and development of a team of Facility Coordinators.
- Resolve service and payment issues with subcontractors, triaging as necessary. Act as an additional resource for client(s), subcontractors, and internal partners to solve problems before they become escalations.
- Build and maintain appropriate working relationships with client(s) and subcontractors. Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma. Some college preferred.
- Minimum 1 year EMCOR Facilities Coordinator/Project Analyst experience
- Must be meeting all performance expectations in current role and not be on any corrective action for the past 90 days
- English required. Spanish a plus.
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred.
