  • Responsible for maintaining all best practices for end user engineering (system image management, software deployment, application packaging process deployments, and patch management of a virtual infrastructure environment.
  • Create, deploy, and maintain Windows images and task sequences using WDS and MDT Toolkit used PowerShell scripts for Windows image customization.
  • Maintain and monitor MEM/Intune environment in Endpoint Manager and Azure Active Directory.
  • Work on MEM/Intune adoption and workload shift buildout of policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain and monitor the VMWARE Horizon Virtual environment.
  • Set up an auto-deployment schedule for patching OS, Office, and all 3rd party applications across global offices.
  • Application packaging, customization, and delivery based on collected business and project requirements, timelines, and needs.
