Sr Project Manager – Land Development

Our client seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Manager with a strong background in land development within the construction sector. This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of guiding teams toward successful project completion.

Focus:

  • Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and client expectations.
  • Organize and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and a unified approach toward achieving project milestones.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams) effectively for communication, reporting, and project management.

Skill Set:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; however, extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior project management or equivalent role.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and direct teams toward a shared vision and purpose.
  • Highly skilled in utilizing the Microsoft productivity suite, including email management, spreadsheet analysis, and collaborative communication tools.
  • Experience in managing large-scale land development projects is highly desirable.
