Key Responsibilities:


  • Payroll Processing: Accurately processes payroll using ADP, ensuring timely and compliant payroll execution.
  • New Hire Orientation: Oversee and conduct new hire orientation programs, ensuring new employees are well-integrated into the company.
  • Employment Inquiries: Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, addressing concerns and providing appropriate resolutions.
  • HR Functions: Assist in various HR functions including benefits administration, leave management, compliance with employment laws, and maintaining employee records.
  • Documentation: Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the implementation of company policies and practices to maintain a compliant and productive work environment.
  • Other Duties: Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven experience processing payroll using ADP is required.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Integrity: Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least one year of human resource experience .
  • ADP Payroll Processing Experience is REQUIRED
  • SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a plus.
