Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • SKU maintenance: Responsible for ensuring completeness of add/delete forms with disposition details. Also responsible for updating and supporting disposition maintenance at both brand level (POP Portal) and item level (in PIM) as per buyer’s instructions, encompassing disposition codes and markdowns for all SKUs.
  • Operational support: Offers operational support with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring clear communication and visibility into category transitions. Possesses the capability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and effectively solve problems.
  • Logistics: Initiates RTV/DIF and follow up with brand/buyer for RA number.
  • Implement clearance markdown schedule as directed by the buyer


Must have skills:

  • Retail experience preferably within inventory control or as a retail buyer/merchant that understands Product Life Management.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office, strong efficiency in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Adobe analytics, SAP and SAP Hana, Power BI & Tableau a plus.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality required both internally and externally.
  • Highly motivated individual with strong initiative and positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic; ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
