CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a visionary and dynamic Senior Technology Executive Leader for our client's IT organization in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will serve as a principal technology leader, guiding the IT organization to facilitate business growth and align with strategic objectives. You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to leveraging technology to drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and manage risk effectively.

Summary Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership - Provide visionary leadership to shape the technology strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

2. Operational Excellence - Oversee the execution of technology projects to increase throughput and effectiveness.

3. Financial Management - Enhance the IT economic model by optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and managing budget effectively.

4. Customer Experience Enhancement - Lead initiatives to transform the customer experience through technological advancements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of strategic leadership in a technology-driven environment.
  • Extensive experience in project management and process optimization.
  • Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a distributed team while overseeing outsourcing, contingent workforce, and project needs for a growing company.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
