As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in various projects by ensuring that our software meets all specifications from initial requirements through to product launch. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing software testing processes, owning code quality through exploratory and automated testing, and addressing bugs and issues as they arise. You will have the opportunity to work on projects involving some of the world’s largest retailers, directly influencing the experiences of millions of end-users.

In this role, you will handle the installation of servers, PC clients, and mobile (iOS/Android) clients. You will execute manual test cases, develop product tests, set up lab configurations, and write and log problem reports. Additionally, you should be adept at configuring various network setups. The role requires evaluating the quality of individual product components, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

From our Chicago office, you will also contribute to Our Client’s strategic direction and global product roadmap. You will be involved in significant upcoming projects and play a role in building and growing this new dream team.

Your Mission

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and insightful feedback.
  • Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for both new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and stable testing environment.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
  • Monitor the execution of new features and improvements.
