Focus:
- Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and client expectations.

- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Skill Set:

- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and direct teams toward a shared vision and purpose.
- Highly skilled in utilizing the Microsoft productivity suite, including email management, spreadsheet analysis, and collaborative communication tools.
- Experience in managing large-scale land development projects is highly desirable.
