Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting a wide range of electronic equipment, components, and parts critical to our advanced communication systems. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards and are ready for deployment in the most demanding environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electronic components, including printed circuit boards (PCB) and assemblies, to identify and rectify issues.
  • Process Control & System Evaluation: Investigate and resolve issues related to process control, as well as sub-system and full-system evaluation, offering effective solutions to enhance system performance.
  • PCB Repair & Documentation: Analyze and repair broken PCBs, creating detailed documentation for the testing and assembly processes.
  • Product Reporting & Maintenance: Compile comprehensive product reports, maintain testing equipment in optimal condition, and perform multipoint safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Advanced Testing Equipment Operation: Operate and manage thermal, vibration, and vacuum systems, as well as other specialized electronic test equipment, to rigorously evaluate product performance.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment and components.
  • Strong skills in PCB repair and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of process control, instrumentation, and advanced system evaluation techniques.
  • Proficiency in using thermal, vibration, and vacuum systems for product testing.
  • Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.
