Daily Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in establishing a schedule of values, managing submittals, RFI's, material buyouts, subcontractors, equipment, change orders, attending job meetings, writing agendas and minutes, providing client closeout packages, and internal project closure.
  • Skill in pricing change orders, bulletins, ASI's, etc.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed project schedules.
  • Adept at database management and entry.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive in anticipating project needs, preparing documents, analyzing costs, and coordinating procurement processes with the team.
  • Manage multiple projects, including attending meetings, taking minutes, processing submittals, handling financials, and documenting RFI’s.
  • Assist in budget and cost control analysis.
  • Persistent follow-up with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to navigate between labor force and client/ownership teams.
  • Proficient in using software such as Procore, Plan Grid, Building Connected, Power BI, Microsoft applications (Excel, Word), PDF/Acrobat, etc.

  • Understanding and ability to assist with estimating change orders and schedules.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and a resourceful problem solver.
