Daily Responsibilities:
- Expertise in establishing a schedule of values, managing submittals, RFI's, material buyouts, subcontractors, equipment, change orders, attending job meetings, writing agendas and minutes, providing client closeout packages, and internal project closure.
- Skill in pricing change orders, bulletins, ASI's, etc.
- Proficiency in creating detailed project schedules.
- Adept at database management and entry.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive in anticipating project needs, preparing documents, analyzing costs, and coordinating procurement processes with the team.
- Manage multiple projects, including attending meetings, taking minutes, processing submittals, handling financials, and documenting RFI’s.
- Assist in budget and cost control analysis.
- Persistent follow-up with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to navigate between labor force and client/ownership teams.
- Proficient in using software such as Procore, Plan Grid, Building Connected, Power BI, Microsoft applications (Excel, Word), PDF/Acrobat, etc.

- Proficient in utilizing construction industry control systems.

- Understanding and ability to assist with estimating change orders and schedules.
- Excellent decision-making skills and a resourceful problem solver.
