Corporate Accountant

Location: Greeley, CO

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with GAAP standards, and support the financial reporting process. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial information and assisting with month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Assist in the month-end close process, including journal entries and variance analysis.
  • Support the preparation of balance sheet and income statement reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate accounting or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with reconciliation processes and month-end close activities.
  • Familiarity with financial software such as SAP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and public accounting practices is a nice to have.
