Job Description: We are seeking an highly-experienced and self-motivated Media and Event Salesperson to join our team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through the sale of advertising space in our print and digital media platforms, as well as securing sponsorships for our high-profile events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the entertainment industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their advertising and sponsorship needs.
  • Sell advertising space in print and digital media, and secure event sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Provide clients with creative advertising and sponsorship solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in advertising (print and digital media) and/ or event sponsorships.
  • Must have experience working in the film, television, and music industry.
  • Experience dealing with Labor unions and guilds.
  • Detailed knowledge of the film, television and/or music divisions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven experience closing Skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
