Our Client, a top Ocean Shipper, is seeking an Account Executive to join their Global Sales Division within Newark, NJ.


Specific responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:


General Functions and Key Activities:

  • They will require to maintain current account activity and provide daily support to the accounts.
  • Increase account base with new opportunities
  • Needs to always hunt for new business
  • Submit weekly reports and monitor weekly volume vs. budget
  • Needs to negotiate and develop new accounts
  • Report and stay up to date with the current market
  • Needs to adapt and understand our internal system
  • Will be the main point of contact of all contracted accounts and provide support in all areas


The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing position in FFW/ NVOCC/ shipping.
  • Working experience in a local FFW/ global company/ shipping industry
  • Proficientcy in MS Office
  • Be located in/around Philadelphia to be able to meet prospects and existing clients face to face.
