INSPYR Solutions Professional Services partners with its clients / prospective clients to deliver their most strategic initiatives, by delivering consulting expertise in the technology practice areas of: Application Services, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications, Cloud & Infrastructure, Quality Engineering & Assurance, and Project Management.
We are looking for a full-time Solution Advisor to join our team that can provide thought leadership to potential clients and how a partnership with INSPYR Solutions Professional Services will help them to deliver their most strategic initiatives. This will involve highlighting our technical consulting expertise, and how INSPYR Solutions Pro Services has successfully delivered similar initiatives, citing project technical and business details and past performance of actual client case studies. The individual in this role will wear multiple hats, be able to work at a high-level to create compelling Professional Services presentations that are relatable to the customer’s current problem scenario, or strategy that instills confidence that we are the partner for them. The Advisor must have a history that includes firsthand or management of project teams in their career, ideally with a gradual promotion or switch to a client facing Sales role. This individual will also be a thought leader in the creation of innovative technical marketing materials with our internal team such as case studies, demos, etc. that will translate into new customers or expand existing customer engagements further.
Responsibilities - What you'll be doing
Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and objectives. Conduct in-depth discussions to gather relevant information about their business processes, existing systems, and technology needs.
Solution Development: Analyze the client's information to design customized solutions that align with their specific needs and business goals. This may involve recommending one of our engagement models for services, software products from our partners or others, or a combination of to address their challenges effectively.
Presentations: Deliver persuasive and compelling presentations to clients, highlighting the proposed solutions and explaining how they will benefit their organization. This involves explaining technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape. Continuously assess how new developments can enhance the solutions provided to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales reps if they are selling staff augmentation in the account, marketing, and technical teams within the organization to coordinate efforts and ensure that the proposed solutions align with the company's capabilities and offerings.
Driving Business: Proactively produce lowest barrier to entry sales motions for various client pursuits that may require being a liaison between our technical practice areas.
Create technical sections of proposals, statements of work that outline the objectives of the client engagement, along with team members, duration, activities, and deliverables. This may include RFPs responses as well.
General Qualifications - About You
Demonstrated initiative-taker. Ability to excel in a fast-paced changing environment and take the initiative to understand the clients’ current business or technical state, be persuasive that our expertise can assist getting them to their future state citing past success. Strong technical knowledge related to the industry and the specific solutions we are offering. Excellent communication and people skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to understand complex challenges and propose effective solutions. Business acumen and the ability to align proposed solutions with clients' overall business strategies. Expert in our practice areas and technologies, and ability to learn new practice areas and technologies as required. Strong understanding of how delivered solutions are built from first meeting to rolled out production ready product.
Education & Experience
15+ years of experience in Information Technology or Engineering, preferably in a consulting capacity
5+ Years of sales engineering preferably consulting, or relevant products.
2+ Years of demonstrated enterprise engineering experience in a practice area like ours
Demonstrated knowledge of practice areas like ours
Demonstrated knowledge of project team structures, SDLC, Agile (plus) and the roles required to deliver Professional Services
BS in Engineering or Computer Science or related field preferred
