Job Title: Project Manager - Diagnostics


Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic diagnostics company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the medical device or diagnostics industry, and proficiency in using ClickUp for project coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple diagnostic test projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate effectively between laboratory, design, management, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of objectives.
  • Utilize ClickUp to plan, track, and report on project progress, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to resolve issues and overcome obstacles.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business Management).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the diagnostics or medical device industry.
  • Proven expertise in using ClickUp for project management and team collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic product development processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
