Key Responsibilities:

  • SaaS Management and Administration: Manage and administer SaaS platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Security Platform Proficiency: Utilize expertise in SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer to secure and manage enterprise information systems.
  • Custom Application Development: Design, implement, and customize applications to enhance security measures and meet organizational needs.
  • User Attestations: Build and manage application-specific user attestations and provide role-based access to individual system attestations in SailPoint.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to system users and support them in understanding and utilizing security measures effectively.
  • Privileged Access Management: Administer and manage privileged access using CyberArk, including Privileged Cloud and Remote Access.
  • Data Protection: Implement and manage data loss protection and information protection measures using Microsoft Purview.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, map risks to NIST and security policies, and manage the risk register using Archer.
  • Incident Reporting: Oversee security incident reporting and ensure timely resolution and documentation of incidents.
  • Business Continuity: Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure the organization's operations are not disrupted by security incidents.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Security Task Automation: Automate security tasks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of security operations.

Technical Tasks:

  • System Integration: Integrate various security platforms to create a cohesive and secure IT environment.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect organizational data.
  • Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor security platforms for any anomalies and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Incident Response: Lead the incident response team in identifying, mitigating, and resolving security breaches.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies and continuously improve the security posture of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least ten (10) years of relevant IT work experience with at least five (5) years in information security and SaaS management and administration.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
