Our company is a leading provider of scaffolding services, and we are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist in the Charlotte metro area. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by providing innovative scaffolding, hoists, swing stages, and shoring designs, proposals, and equipment to construction sites and contractors. We pride ourselves on our high-quality services and our ability to find creative solutions to challenging access and shoring issues. Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients and service existing ones in the Charlotte metro area
  • Visit construction sites and contractors to promote our products and services
  • Create innovative designs and proposals using our safe access solutions
  • Nurture relationships with clients through creative problem solving and excellent communication
  • Manage projects from start to finish, working with scheduling to optimize work efficiency and profitability

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and high self-motivation
  • Ability to understand drawings and building structures
  • Background in construction is advantageous but not required
  • Sales experience required. Prior experience in the scaffolding industry is not required by advantageous
