- Self-motivated, take direction.
- Charge back disputes. Review cases in their entirety and decide who was at fault based on guidelines
- Management and other team members are there to answer questions
- Will not deal directly with customers. Strictly reviewing cases.
- Attention to detail, reading and comprehension, minimal guidance
- Targeting general computer skills
- Banking experience and “charge back” knowledge is a plus
- Will be assigned “reason codes” (no card owner authorization, cardholder disputes,) – some will take quickly to train, others will take a few weeks.
