Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Specialist to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers who are past due, answering billing inquiries, and resolving disputes.

As a key member of our team, you will also perform data entry, maintain open communication with our dealer base, and assist with general administrative functions.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

What You'll Do
  • Interact with customers who are greater than 30 days past due, providing assistance by answering questions and process requests by phone.
  • Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, service questions, and general concerns.
  • Assist customers with disputes and inquires and reconciling payment history.
  • Data entry of automotive retail installment contracts purchased.
  • Maintain open communication with branch dealer base.
  • Perform general branch administrative functions as needed.
