Document Specialist

Ultimate Staffing is currently sourcing candidates for a long term project for our client in Atlanta, GA Document Preparation Personnel are responsible for preparing paper documents for scanning according to instructions and specifications. QC / Data Entry Personnel are responsible for visually inspecting scanned images and performing corrections as needed and/or typing (indexing) information from images into data fields according to instructions and specifications.
* Full Time hours Monday - Friday No overtime
* Fully onsite in Atlanta, GA
* Pay rate $16
* Start date: Mid-January 2025
Details:
* This role will prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, fixing bent or torn corners, and categorizing documents.
* This role requires individuals to work at a fast pace with strong attention to detail.
* Metrics are tracked to ensure that the staff member is performing their job with the utmost detail and at acceptable speed. As a production environment, there are minimums for each work day.
* This role requires sitting for up to 8 hours a day and the ability to lift/carry a 25-pound box.
* MUST be keyboard proficient, comfortable sitting for long periods at a PC / Monitor
* Other duties, related to digitalization of documents and indexing as requested.
Job Requirements
* Must be detail oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced production environment.
* Must be punctual and reliable with good attendance.
* Ability to stay organized, multi-task efficiently all while working quickly.
* Ability to sit for the duration of an 8-hr shift.
* Effort required which may involve bending, reaching, stretching, or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds.
* High school diploma or equivalent
