What You’ll Do:

  • Lead project teams through the full project life cycle, from planning and design all the way through to implementation and post-evaluation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact at the agency
  • Develop project timelines and budget ensuring that projects are delivered within these parameters
  • Partner with accounting to execute project billing and manage project-related expenses
  • Collaborate with and drive cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of projects are properly planned and executed
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and align with agency standards
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them
  • Foster a positive team culture, encourage collaboration, and facilitate communication across departments and teams
  • Participate in operations team functions, breaking down potential walls with every interaction


What You Need aka the Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, project management)
  • 2+ years of experience in project or account management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks
  • Proficient use of a project management software is a required (experience with Bonsai is preferred)
  • Passion for a collaborative and no-silos work environment, where every idea is valued and every team member has a voice
