Job Overview

Guideway Care is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects for our various lines of business across the Guideway/Sequence companies.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience and a strong understanding of project management software and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects from handoff from sales to handoff to customer success
  • Develop project schedules, establish project milestone dates, and work with clients on deliverables
  • Implement projects within the standard implementation timeframe
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Perform other duties necessary to drive our values, fulfill our mission, and abide by our company values
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio
  • BS/BA degree in healthcare administration, logistics, project management or related field
  • Immigration and/or Visa sponsorship will not be provided
