Responsibilities:
  • Manage project details, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and resolving issues as needed.
  • Coordinate project management activities and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and vendors.
  • Review and recommend changes to project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Prepare cost estimates and visual packages to support project proposals.

  • Set clear expectations for tasks and action items for team members, ensuring timely coordination of submittals, RFI's, and plan revisions.
  • Create and submit punch item orders in a timely manner.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience negotiating with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural and structural plans.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies to improve processes.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field is desirable.
  • Experience in the commercial furniture industry is desirable.
