Role & Responsibility:

  • Generate new customers within the assigned territory
  • Service and expand the business of the existing customer base
  • Write and submit timely, accurate, professional bid proposals and RFPs
  • Prepare and present sales presentations
  • Follow up on sales leads promptly
  • Determine strategic efforts based on competitive analysis and market trends to maximize sales efforts
  • Conduct walkthroughs and develop the scope of work documents based on potential installation projects
  • Understand and successfully interpret specifications
  • Demonstrate various technology solutions to customers
  • Keep accurate pipelines via Customer Relationship Management software
  • Develop and maintain strong product and industry knowledge
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with manufacturer representatives
  • Attend job-related training, as offered by the Company, as well as self-driven learning efforts


Skills & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience developing business within healthcare-related sales in a hospital environment
  • Previous experience selling into C-Suite preferred
  • Demonstrated communication skills, including both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work well independently
  • Must exercise the highest level of integrity and professional business acumen
  • Proficient with Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Customer service and team-oriented
  • Must be detailed oriented and work well under pressure
  • Maintain a clean driving record
