RGB CustomPC is seeking a skilled and dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and operational expertise, this opportunity is for you.


As an Operations Coordinator, you will be integral to the seamless operation of our company. You will support ownership with daily tasks, serve as the primary contact for technical support, customer service, and hardware testing, ensuring excellence in all aspects of our operations.


Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Management: Assist ownership with overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and processes.
  • Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for tech support inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance our customers' gaming experiences.
  • Hardware Testing: Conduct thorough hardware testing to ensure all components meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Manage all customer service activities, ensuring exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Multitasking: Efficiently handle various tasks throughout the day, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support cases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Packaging & Shipping: Assist with packaging and shipping tasks as needed.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the team on additional tasks, contributing to the overall success of the company.


Qualifications

  • PC Knowledge: A strong enthusiasm for gaming computers and PC hardware.
  • Certifications and Experience: CompTIA A+ certification is strongly preferred. Experience in a leadership or team-leading role is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all tasks are executed flawlessly.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative in all assigned tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Gaming Knowledge: Familiarity with various PC gaming genres and popular gaming titles.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Creativity: Ability to contribute innovative ideas to improve operations and the customer experience.
