Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Operations Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency and management of our Bitcoin mining sites. The individual will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing communication between departments, handling logistical tasks, and assisting in the implementation of operational strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.           Site Coordination and Monitoring:

•            Monitor operational status and health of all mining sites.

•            Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of mining equipment.

•            Ensure all sites adhere to operational protocols and safety standards.

2:           Administrative Support:

•            Assist in managing schedules, reports, and documentation for site operations.

•            Maintain records of equipment inventory, orders, and deliveries.

•            Facilitate communication between site managers and headquarters.

3            Communication and Liaison:

•            Act as the point of contact for site managers regarding daily operational issues.

•            Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.

•            Communicate effectively with team members across different levels of the organization.

4            Problem Resolution:

•            Quickly address and resolve issues that affect site operations.

•            Report significant incidents to senior management as necessary.

5:           Documentation and Compliance:

•            Ensure all site operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

•            Assist in the preparation and review of operational reports and documentation.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

•         Proficiency in both English and Chinese.•         Strong coordination skills.•         Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.•         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.•         Ability to work flexible hours
