Are you a motivated and dynamic individual looking for a unique opportunity in Washington, DC? We are seeking a Mobile Associate to join our team and cover various accounts in the area, with a specific focus on Hospitality, Mail, Printing/Scanning, back up Reception, and light administration tasks.


Schedule-Monday through Friday-Total of 40 hours a week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality: Provide exceptional hospitality services to our clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Mail Services: Handle mail sorting, distribution, and shipping, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Printing/Scanning: Assist with document printing, scanning, and other document management tasks as required.
  • Reception Backup: Step in as needed to cover reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general office support.
  • Light Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments and effectively manage tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, office services, or related fields is preferred but not required.
