Role Overview: Join our Enterprise Architecture Team at a Fortune 50 Healthcare client to enhance our data-driven decision-making through comprehensive reporting. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining Power BI and Lean IX reports that focus on capabilities, technologies, governance, end-of-life (EOL) considerations, and the broader aspects of Enterprise Architecture. You will ensure data accuracy, integrate APIs, and provide actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and organizational goals.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, with experience in building and managing reports.
  • Experience with PowerApps is a plus.
  • Experience using ADO for managing Epics, Features, and Stories.
  • Experience creating and managing ADO reports, including building reports from scratch and refining existing ones.
  • Strong skills in data management and analysis, including experience with complex data sets and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in accessing APIs for data exchange and conducting Postman API testing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
  • Experience with Lean IX reporting is highly preferred, though not required.
  • Proficiency in data mining and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Ability to train end users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in generating reports from single or multiple systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • More than 2 years of experience with SQL, SAS, or other data systems.
  • In-depth experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Power BI and Lean IX Reporting: Develop, enhance, and manage reports using Power BI and Lean IX. Create and refine reports focusing on capabilities, technologies, governance, EOL, and Enterprise Architecture aspects. Address reporting needs, manage backlogs, and support organizational goals.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Collect, store, and manage data related to Enterprise Architecture. Ensure data accuracy and quality while performing in-depth analysis of complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
  • API Integration: Implement and manage API integrations for data exchange, including conducting Postman testing to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Training & Support: Educate users on report functionalities, assist in system-related decisions, and collaborate with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of reports. Enhance data visibility and support strategic initiatives.
