Clinical Manager

The individual in the Clinical Manager position will lead, manage, and mentor clinical counselors in the delivery of services. In addition, the Clinical Manager will provide counseling services to a small caseload of clients.

This is a leadership opportunity for an individual who is excited about growth and driving high operational standards in a client-focused organization. He/she will support the organization’s targets for client service, productivity, quality, employee engagement, and profitability.

This full-time position will work out of the office in Fort Collins. The position reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising approximately 8-10 clinical counselors
  • Supervising the delivery of individual and group services
  • Supporting the onboarding and training of new clinical counselors
  • Reviewing performance and mentoring/coaching for continuous improvement
  • Supporting and following up on client complaints
  • Supporting counselors during crisis situations
  • Providing clinical counseling services and maintaining a caseload of approximately 12-15 sessions/week
  • Participating as a member of the clinical counseling leadership team
  • Collaborating on clinical training for clinical staff
  • Participating in budget development and maintenance
  • Monitoring changes in laws, rules, regulations, and ethical standards and ensuring clinical practices meet standards
  • Participating in ongoing policy and process development to maintain standards

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field of study
  • Licensed in the State of Colorado, with a designation of LPC-S, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist (or a combination thereof)
  • 5+ years of management and leadership experience, with at least 3 years of clinical supervision experience
  • Exceptional human relations skills and ability to work with and motivate others
  • Experience with any EHR/EMR and Microsoft Suite (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
