LaSalle Network is partnering with a small startup focused in the spirits space to hire a Print Designer to join the team. The Print Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and executing print materials for various marketing campaigns, packaging designs, promotional materials and editorial content related to our client's range of spirits products. The ideal candidate will also be strong in digital design.

Print Designer Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and visually compelling concepts for print materials that align with brand identity and marketing objectives
  • Create captivating graphics, illustrations and layouts for packaging, labels, advertisements and promotional materials
  • Design compelling Point of Sale materials including posters, banners, shelf talkers and displays that effectively showcase products and drive customer engagement
  • Design and layout editorial content for print publications, including magazines, brochures and catalogs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and editorial standards
  • Select and integrate appropriate typography to enhance the overall design aesthetic and readability of print materials
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development and sales to ensure cohesive and impactful designs that effectively communicate brand messaging
  • Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the highest quality output
  • Maintain consistency in design elements, color schemes and visual identity across all print materials to reinforce brand recognition and integrity
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging design techniques to continually enhance design strategies and stay ahead of the curve


Print Designer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field
  • 3+ years as a Print/Graphic Designer, preferably within the spirits industry or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print design projects, including packaging, editorial layouts and promotional materials
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory and print production processes
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creativity, innovation and excellence in design
