Job Summary:

As an Account Coordinator at Benefits DNA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client management team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in the employee benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining high standards of client service and data integrity. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders including vendors and senior leaders to ensure that our client needs are seamlessly met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support and Coordination: Work closely with the client management team to provide ongoing support to clients. Ensure effective communication and coordination of activities such as reporting, renewals, and data management.
  • Data Integrity and Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in our systems. Manage and streamline data processes to ensure integrity and accessibility for the team and clients.
  • Spreadsheet and Document Management: Create, manage, and optimize spreadsheets and other documents related to client renewals and other critical functions. Ensure that all documents are accurate and adhere to company and industry standards.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with various vendors to coordinate services and resolve issues promptly. Ensure that vendor deliverables align with client expectations and project timelines.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports on client status, service updates, and other key metrics. Ensure reports are comprehensive, timely, and provide value to both the team and clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to share information, solve problems, and enhance overall service delivery. Support senior leaders in strategic client management and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a closely related field.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for spreadsheet management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
  • Proven ability to work with senior management and maintain professional client relationships.
