The Role


There's huge scope for rapid career growth with this fast growing and very ambitious organisation so I'm looking for the best people to clinically support key accounts.


This role is a developmental entry role, and after 6-12 months you will have the opportunity to fast-track your development in line with your skills ; you could transition into R&D, Sales, Product Marketing, Education etc.


You will be provided with full training to ensure that you feel confident and empowered in this role. You must feel comfortable in an Operating Room environment and have your own vehicle .


You will be covering 2 sites across acksonville or Orlando so you can be located wherever as long as you are close to the highways.


Your role is to be the face of the company on site at the designated clinical /hospital centre for a period of up to 12 months. Attention to detail is critical.


You will spend your week on site at this centre, often in the Operating Room, observing procedures, capturing essential information and accurately completing questionnaires and records.


You will identify potential areas for discrepancy and errors in data capture and will troubleshoot this, working with the surgeons and other clinical team members to correct this and ensure future data capturing is accurate.


As you collaborate with surgeons and teams on a daily basis, you will be responsible for capturing feedback and sharing other invaluable observations and feedback with the team. You will also support with training and troubleshooting .


Full training will be given on using the Surgical Robot and you will have plenty of time to also observe the Clinical Account Manager in action.


You must feel comfortable in an OR setting .


Your Core Responsibilities

  • Keep thorough documentation of Operating Room case times, training sessions, maintaining data and also ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Assist with gathering data from surgical cases to provide device evaluation for new customers and for the company
  • Provide regular updates to the Clinical Account Manager , Area Vice President and other team members.
  • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Listen to and record feedback, comments, observations and suggestions and communicate these to the team in a timely and constructive manner
  • Promote the Robotic System and the company at all times, to surgeons and other clinicians and provide immediate and effective support, troubleshooting and /or escalating in a timely manner to the right person.
  • You will developing excellent customer relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction , demonstrating teamwork and empowerment.


How You’ll Fit In

  • This role reports to the Clinical Account Manager. You will work closely with them and the OR team on site in the LMR to ensure you capture essential information in the launch, implementation and embedding of the robot within the clinical environment, whilst being a vital liaison between the clinical and sales teams.


Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Medical or Research related fields experience is prefered
  • Ambition to grow and develop into a role within Medical Devices
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • Field sales training--In field training would be great.
  • Successful completion of in-house product training program.
  • Very high attention to detail, accuracy is critical
  • Critical and analytical thinking -ability to identify errors
  • Confident communicators and a powerful relationship builder
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills as well as excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
