- Business Analysis and Consulting experience in eCommerce, should have worked in these roles for large commerce transformation programs
- Retail B2C and B2B functional knowledge predominantly around Commerce - Account Management/Cart/Checkout/Catalog Management/etc.
- Ability to work with Client to draw out business capabilities, functional requirements and anchor business meetings.
- Ability to draft business requirements documentation, business metrics/KPIs and product roadmap
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to retail clients on ecommerce best practices, digital marketing strategies, and overall online retail operations.
- Able to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the ecommerce space.
- Supply chain, Logistics, WMS, OMS are not required, but nice to have.
