Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to join our Executive Leadership team. In conjunction with the internal sales team, this role will spearhead strategic sales expectations, initiatives and growth. 

 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong track record in sales leadership within the Skilled Trades or Staffing industry. Primary responsibilities include leading and developing a sales team, setting and exceeding internal sales targets, and establishing strong, strategic partnerships with key clients. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute quality sales strategies to meet and exceed goals and expectations. 
  • Lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. 
  • Establish strong, strategic partnerships with key clients and provide solutions tailored to their needs. 
  • Closely collaborate with President and the rest of the Executive Leadership Team to align sales & growth strategies with operational goals. 
  • Closely collaborate with internal TA team to gain an understanding of trends within the candidate labor pool
  • Monitor candidate market trends and competitor activity and adjust strategies as necessary. 
  • Provide regular reports on overall sales results and forecasts for future performance to the Executive Leadership team. 
  • Travel nationally to connect with team members, clients, and potential customers. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience within the staffing/workforce management industry 
  • Proven experience as a Regional Vice President of Sales or similar leadership role in the skilled trades and staffing industry. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. 
  • Availability to travel as needed within the region.
