Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the USA. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our B2B client base and optimize relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals. Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets for existing solutions and identify new business opportunities.
Independently manage sales pipelines and deliver sales targets.
Meet with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide expert advice, and develop tailored solutions.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local markets, emerging technologies, economic indicators, and competitors to inform effective sales strategies.
Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge through training, industry publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
Collaborate with the Tek Experts Sales team to develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, strategies, and programs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in planning and executing B2B sales strategies.
At least 10 years' experience in sales of technology solutions or a similar field in the country and wider region.
Proficient in CRM systems.
Exceptional customer relationship management and service skills.
Strong industry network and contacts.
Self-organized, determined, persistent, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Creative, innovative, and curious with negotiation, influence, consultative sales, and storytelling skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
