These hires will work with a team of analysts and compensation team members.


Job Description:



Seeking Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst. Compensation analyst provides analytical, manual calculations and program support services. These services include the research and application of best practices, reporting, analysis, plan design recommendations, application of regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance, transaction audition, audit commission disputes and the like. The Sales Compensation Analyst frequently interacts with managers, directors, and vice presidents. High visibility position.


Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analysis, reporting, programming;

Own, lead, administer and manage specific Sales Plans

Ability to handle constant change

Technical mindset but can also grind through the manual calculation process for many of our new plans,


Work cross-functionally with the Sales Planning and Finance team to ensure proper tracking and reporting of participant plan measures.

Manage the day-to-day maintenance activity of the company’s compensation tool to ensure data integrity and the required visibility throughout the organization.

• Commissions processing; ensuring and improving accuracy;

• Teaching/mentoring field users on Callidus (commission/ compensation tool) and reports usage;

• Provide support modeling site compensation scenarios;

• Compensation auditing, tracking, and reporting;

• Support commission dispute and resolution;

• Other duties as required.
