Clean Harbors is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position involves assessing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and generating monthly savings reports. You will collaborate closely with operational teams to provide data support across various corporate and business performance initiatives, while also addressing ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.
  • Prepare and present monthly savings reports.
  • Support operational and finance teams by delivering accurate data through various internal systems.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests efficiently.
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating and cleaning datasets, identifying potential weaknesses.
  • Develop comprehensive reports aligned with the organizational structure.
  • Communicate opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with a strong academic record.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in SQL programming or a related academic background.
  • Proficient in data mining and manipulation.
  • Experience in a collaborative, remote work environment is essential.
  • Strong skills in MS Office suite; familiarity with Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
