Clean Harbors is currently seeking a Procurement Analyst. This position demands a strong capability to assess vendors, negotiate agreements, and compile monthly savings reports. You will collaborate closely with operational teams, providing analytical support across various corporate and business performance projects, while also addressing ad-hoc inquiries.

  • Support both Operating and Finance departments by delivering data through various internal systems and applications.
  • Respond effectively to ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure data accuracy and identify potential weaknesses (filtering/cleaning data, exposing errors, and planning for corrections).
  • Generate reports in alignment with the organizational structure.
  • Communicate potential process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field is required, with proven academic performance.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in SQL programming or a related academic background is preferred.
  • Experience in data mining and manipulation is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide support in a collaborative, remote environment is required.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Power BI, is preferred; SQL Server Reporting Services experience is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Possess strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
