Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, develop improvement plans, and support career growth initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, update HR policies, and conduct regular audits.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, coordinate open enrollment, and recommend program changes.
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop HR strategies, collaborate with senior management, and analyze HR metrics.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs, support career paths, and promote continuous learning.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Develop recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and attract top talent.
