About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at The Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our human resources functions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping, recruitment, benefits administration, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director of HR to administer Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation policies.
  • Coordinate colleague recognition, rewards, and events to foster a positive work culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, confidential documents, and performance management documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous HR experience required.
  • Previous experience with ADP Workforce preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
