Position Overview:

The Junior Designer will report directly to our Senior Designer and Marketing Director. As a Print Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for printed materials. This is an on-site position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing print materials including catalogs and large format print materials.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a designer for print materials.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Commitment to meeting targets and delivery deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented, and a strong understanding of the English language and grammar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and printing techniques.
