The successful candidate will bring:
- Well rounded analytical and business skills, communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a flexible teamwork approach.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of agile development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with banking or financial services experience.
- Ability to provide detailed analysis and documentation in support of overall initiatives.
- Proven success in developing strong business relationships with other product partners and related teams, interacting with leadership on behalf of initiatives. Experience with significant platform/product change definitions and launches.
- Experience in product management.
Specific responsibilities will include
- Establish requirements collaboratively with other product SMEs and stakeholders, and distill those requirements in concise, easy to understand user stories with clear, detailed acceptance criteria.
- Lead cross functional product development efforts that may require multiple, cross-domain, development teams
- Collaborate with design resources to support intuitive, responsive design practices that adhere to federal guidelines
- Partner with product and development teams to deliver value adding products and services
- Collaborate with implementation, service, and operations teams to ensure product related processes are documented and operate smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, influencing, and inspiring cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- A proven track record for complex product initiatives
- Ncino Product experience
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Financial Technology companies
- Project management experience
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
- Ability to facilitate design sessions
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills
