About the team
This is a product team within commercial lending space. This team is managing all the applications that nCino is replacing. 9 apps across this space that eventually will be sunset by nCino. Includes 10,000 users across Small Market Banking, Commercial Bank, Commercial Investment Bank. As they do conversions to nCino, this team has to manage them in the existing tools.
The business is still evolving in their existing environment, constantly introducing new defects and risks. They still have to make changes to these applications and continue to do development in existing apps, including:
- Credit view
- Ezr flow
- Etrack
- Blast
Product Owner Role
This team is looking for leadership from this PO perspective.
This resource will be able to quantify why they actually need something, stay organized on it. Know agile/scrum, know mechanics.
Soft skills of negotiating, planning, and organized.
Will perform executive demos and roadmap reviews. Direct multiple product development lifecycles.
Must-Haves
- Product Owner experience - at least 5 years
- Agile/scrum
- Jira
Plus
- Write SQL - understands data. Knowing SQL demonstrates they have analytical ability.
