  • Manage supplier performance through regular reviews and audits.

Procurement Processes

  • Oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying needs to finalizing purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain efficient procurement systems and tools.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
