A rapidly growing Healthcare recruitment agency that specializes in both Permanent and Locum Tenens. With a focus on Physicians and Advanced Practice providers.

We are looking to hire a Client Account Manager to service our already established client accounts and also develop new accounts. Our clients range from large hospital systems in major cities to smaller practices and clinics nationwide.

Account Manger responsibilities:


  • Handle the recruitment, interviewing, hiring and assignment of physicians for temporary locums and permanent hire placements with new and existing clients
  • Develop new client relationships and accounts
  • Responsible for the placement of providers to each client’s medical facility by matching physician skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications, and designations as applicable per state and federal regulations
  • Coordinate Interviews between physicians and clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and physicians and extend offers
  • Assist or complete assignment-related tasks including travel, housing, payroll, licensing and credentialing, privileging, etc
  • Maintaining communication and rapport with providers and clients to encourage a long-term working relationship
  • Meet production goals set by management


Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 + years of proven healthcare recruiting experience is required. Preferably Physicians. This experience must include “client” account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy individual
  • Ability to multi-task, organize time effectively, and prioritize work
  • Must be willing to work Monday – Friday in our Margate/Coconut Creek, FL office. This is NOT a remote position.


Compensation:


  • $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission on all placements/hires.
  • Percentage based commission payout is earned on all permanent and locum tenens placements. This is uncapped with unlimited earning potential.
  • $100K + earning potential in year 1
