Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a lighting control Field Services Engineer at Paratus Service Group. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for field service, troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and excellent customer service, focusing on large scale commercial lighting control systems in buildings such as hotels, K-12, Universities, Convention Centers, and other large scale commercial locations. While the role is based in Richmond, VA, travel to job sites around the East Coast will be required (Approx. 50% travel).


Qualifications

  • Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, networking, and control technology
  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Customer Service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of lighting controls systems is a plus
