  1. MUST HAVE: Leading projects within retail industry companies (B2B, B2C, e-commerce, point-of-sale, etc.)
  2. MUST HAVE: Experience leading multiple concurrent software / application development projects -- enterprise-wide, multi-million-dollar projects within large organizations.
  3. MUST HAVE: Utilization of Agile processes (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
  4. Experience utilizing Plan View for project tracking (MS Project, JIRA, or other tools are acceptable, but Plan View is highly preferred)
  5. PMBOK, PMP certifications are highly preferred
  6. Prior consulting experience preferred
  7. MUST be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or no sponsorship required


  • 5-10+ years of IT Project Management experience or related technology field
  • Capability to manage large programs/projects containing multiple projects (Senior PMs with prior experience leading $1-5M+ enterprise-wide/global projects)
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • Intimate knowledge of all Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) phases
  • Successful track record of effective resource management
  • Proven experience in creating, managing, and motivating a project team
  • Must possess strong meeting facilitation skills
  • Exceptional communications, both oral and written
