Job Title: Senior Billing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Billing Coordinator to join our team at UnityPoint Health. As a key member of our Business Services department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate Medicaid funding eligibility for consumers, accounts receivable, cash receipt records, and related statistics for assigned affiliate corporations.

Estimated Salary Range:$55,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial information relating to accounts receivable for assigned affiliate corporations
  • Establish rapport with affiliate corporations, maintain open communication
  • Apply consumer for appropriate Medicaid funding
  • Knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures
  • Timely billings to all payers
  • Account Receivable, cash receipts and deposits for assigned affiliate corporations
Qualifications:
  • TWO YEARS MEDICAID BILLING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Accounts Receivable knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
