Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an EB Self-Funded Account Manager at The Nitsche Group in Waco, Texas. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of self-funded employee benefits clients. This includes building and maintaining client relationships, providing assistance with plan implementation and administration, analyzing and interpreting benefit plan data, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing and servicing self-funded employee benefits plans
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
