Mission:

The Associate Professional Services Hero is focused on working with JobNimbus customers building out JobNimbus workflows and features (within the confines of the functionality of the system,) in order to drive value in and early adoption of the software, by creating a software environment that most closely matches their needs. As an integral part of the Professional Services team, the APSR will help to share best practices both internally in JobNImbus and externally with the customer, Share and drive feedback needs toward the product team, work closely with the other members of the Pro-Services team to offer support and training to other people in the company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The super cool thing about JobNimbus is that you can tailor it to fit your needs. Sometimes, our customers are interested in having us jump in and do some of this work for them. Oftentimes, these are our brand new customers, but some of our existing customers want to update their processes. We take our customers through a process that allows them to reexamine their processes and plug in all sorts of cool new functions to help them be more efficient. You are gonna dazzle them with your epic skills.
  • We are the experts here… and our goal is to make the customers experts. Our setup and best practices will help them feel like they are in control of their future. They will probably name a child after you. We do setup and training… and we are often a goto for support and guidance afterwards. The customers love us, and we love them back.
  • Imagine putting a jet engine in a Volkswagen Bug… That is what JobNimbus does for companies. We get to dig deep by learning to listen. We also learn to absorb the local conditions. Then we can make sure we are giving them what they need, by telling them what they really want… Humble expertise… that’s how we roll.

What makes you the hero for this job:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success.
  • MS or Google Office Suite expertise.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to guide customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues.
  • The ability to articulate concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical, growth mindset.
  • Consulting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and and record keeping skills
  • Public Speaking skills
  • Willingness to Travel (20% possible)
  • Real life experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
